These fees are in addition to those charged by Hampshire County Council.
The Old Milking Parlour £300 + VAT
Access between 8am – 6pm
Music must finish at 11.30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays; 11.00 pm on Sundays – Thursdays.
A completed booking form and 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking with the final balance payable no less than one month prior to the event. This hire fee includes exclusive use of the barn, cloakrooms and bride’s room. Tables, chairs and high level crossed fairy lights are included within the fee.
New Year’s Eve fees available on request.

We have a long list of approved caterers for all tastes and budgets who event manage the day. We have a selection of sample menus and prices, so please just ask and we can forward these to you.
